Podcast (question 7)

Q7. Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learned in the progression from it to the full product?
There is a massive improvement in my work I believe from the preliminary task to my final product. In my Preliminary task grammar of the film was not good which includes breaking of 180 degree rule, zooming out with a very fast speed, no sense of lighting, no use of tripod, use of windows movie maker for editing, use of digital camera, actors looking into camera while acting and many more issues. But in my final product as all the things were plan and according to my teacher a good film maker completes the film on paper first which I did due to which at least all these grammar issues were not there in my final product. Lighting and editing was not outstanding but better than the Preliminary task as it was more professional with academic sense and software. All the rules and shots were taken with good grammar and less continuity jerks. Zooming was also not perfect but improved. I used tripod also with a good handy cam to shoot for at least a reasonable quality and I was successful to an extent in improving my work from the Preliminary task to my final product.
