EDITING

Now when all the techniques of editing were taught by our teacher, the biggest challenge which I faced was meeting the requirement of the time given to us for our project. But when I sat with my teacher so mutually we decided and she taught me how I can cut some parts of my film to make it within the time with some editing techniques and also with simple deleting of shots which were only lengthening the film and were not really needed. I did that and now my final project is also meeting the timing along with fulfilling all the conventions and other requirements. But minimizing all the work I did in my shoot was a difficult task and I understood that the film is actually made on the editing table with a person of a strong heart to delete stuff and with editing making it worth watching also. I personally think that my film could have been better if I was a good editor which I think I am not, but I tried with my best of the abilities.
